Safe Harbor Bereavement Group

Join experienced counselor Donna Rayburn for a weekly safe, non-judgemental group to discuss personal grief and loss.

New members welcome! This group open to all but most helpful for those who are new to grief in the last few years.

Its goal is for all participants to be able to express emotions and feel heard, learn about processing grief, and know they’re not alone. Donna’s approach focuses on empathy and acceptance, using Alan Wolfelt’s Understanding Your Grief as a basis for discussion.

Participants will sign an agreement to keep everything discussed in the group private and confidential.

This group meets Fridays from 10-11am for 10 weeks at a time.
