Croton Comic Con
We are putting together Croton Con, a Comic Convention in the village of Croton on Hudson in Westchester County, NY. It will be a one day show held on May the 4th, at 3rd Universe.
This show is sponsored and run by the village of Croton and I’m helping to spread the word and also inviting potential vendors–Artists, comic shops, back issue dealers, models and model kit sellers, vintage collectibles and toy sellers, and the like. Please contact me if you are interested. It’s a small show, but we expect a bunch of people to attend locally and from across the tri-state / metropolitan area.
Tables will cost $25 for vendors. You would need to set up an hour before the doors open and break down within an hour of the show closing. It’s a family and all ages oriented show with as much super hero items as possible, but other genres are welcome as long as it remains PG level. The coordinators are looking to make it a free admission event to guide money toward the vendors instead of at the door.
The village will have a shuttle bus going from the event to Croton Harmon train station, which runs both MTA and Amtrak trains. 40-45 minutes from Penn station or Grand Central, NYC. It is a pretty easy drive as well from NYC and most surrounding cities.
