The Hilpert Law Offices are located at 75 South Riverside Avenue, Croton-on-Hudson, New York, 68 Main Street, Cold Spring, New York and 1760 Route 9, Garrison NY 10524. The Croton office is our main office, staffed with three full-time attorneys and three additional support staff, state of the art design and function; having two separate conference rooms as well as an overflow room to conduct up to three closings simultaneously. Both offices are handicap accessible.

At the Hilpert Law Offices, we understand that a successful attorney/client relationship requires trust and respect between attorney and client, as well as a willingness of a skilled attorney to listen and address each client as an individual.
We have worked hard throughout the years to establish a reputation for hard-work and commitment to each and every client. We return phone calls promptly and generally have at least one attorney “on premises” at all times to address an emergency situation or to just serve as reassurance, if a client should feel anxious about something going on in their case or if something new should arise.
We are a General Practice that primarily practices real estate law, civil litigation and business law, as well as the areas listed below, but even if you have questions outside these areas, feel free to call us for a referral. We are Hudson Valley natives and can most often point you in the right direction. If we are not the best fit for your legal situation, we will try our best to help you obtain quality representation, even if it is not with us!
