After 25 years in Midtown Manhattan, Paul Vuli has brought Fino to Westchester.
Vuli one of the most respected restaurateurs in the Albanian community, found his passion in the Italian kitchen early in his life. After stopping in Italy for a year on his way to America, Vuli started his professional career in the service industry in 1972 at Righi making salads, and was the executive chef within two months. Vuli was able to play with mediterranean flavors with confidence and “trusting his gut” as the Chef at Picolo Mondo for 11 years, until he opened Fino on 35th street in Manhattan, which was wildly successful for over 25 years.
