Black Rock Park

Black Rock is a quiet location for fishing and picnicking. The fenced in dog park (permit required) is a great place to let your dog off the leash. This pretty location is the first park that enjoys the crisp overflow from the Croton Dam's reservoir water. There are no bathroom facilities at this park. This park is for village and school district residents only.
