
Yoga for Parents & Kids
For kids ages 6 weeks-4yo with a caregiver.
Toddler yoga with certified yoga instructor Lindsay Fletcher! Come explore the benefits of yoga right alongside your little one. This class promotes body awareness, physical strength, and an introduction to mindfulness.
We’ll include yoga poses, breathing practices, and playful music and movement exercises. All levels welcome!
Bring a blanket and have a seat on the front lawn of the Library. Don’t forget masks for anyone age 2+.
