In this outdoor class, taught by certified yoga instructor Lindsay Fletcher, we will focus on slow-paced movement and poses. Gentle yoga releases tension in the body and builds flexibility with awareness of the breath.
Join us to relax and restore the body as you unwind from the day. All levels welcome!
Registration: BYO yoga mat or use one of ours! We’ll stay socially distanced. No registration required. First come, first served. Check our website if the weather looks iffy.
