Pop-up Dinner with Chef Eric Korn and Croton-Harmon students

Time (and tickets!) are running out to support our schools at CHEF’s upcoming pop dinner fundraiser on Thursday, March 16!   It’s going to be a terrific night with amazing Hudson Valley food (prepared by the incredibly talented exec Chef Eric Korn), Hudson River views,  and of course friends old and new. Please show your support and purchase tickets now—all proceeds will benefit CHEF, which will allow us to keep supporting our teachers and schools!.

This year CHEF marked a major milestone in having distributed over a $1 million dollars to our schools since our organization’s founding.  CHEF funds teacher and administrator-requested grants that have included the seeding for the strings program, 3-D printers, electronic music, teacher training, and much, much more. Infact during the Summer of 2020, when the State of NY determined children could once again attend school in a remote or hybrid model, the District approached CHEF and asked if we could provide funding for the in-class cameras that would allow remote learning to be possible.  CHEF didn’t hesitate to write that check – a grant of over $30,000.
