Birdhouse Gourds are an indigenous technique for maintaining field health: come learn how, and decorate one to bring home for yourself! Hilltop’s farmers grew gourds last year, and with the help of students, we dried the crop all season long. Now, we’ll beautify them and get them ready for use!
