Parent and Kid Yoga (In person)
For children ages 6 weeks-4yo with a caregiver.
Toddler yoga with certified yoga instructor Lindsey Fletcher! Come explore the benefits of yoga right alongside your little one. This class promotes body awareness, physical strength, and an introduction to mindfulness. We’ll include yoga poses, breathing practices, and playful music and movement exercises. All levels welcome!
Registration: First come, first served! BYO yoga mat (or we can provide one) and grab a circle on the front lawn of the Library. Masks required for anyone ages 4+.
